This is the best lawn service I have ever had. Kevin came out to give us a bid and his workers came a few days later. They were finished in one day including removing a large tree. They even went above and beyond and trimmed some small bushes and cleared some brush we didn't ask for. They were very polite and cleaned up beyond what I expected. Kevin listened to my needs and even recommended some other things that he and his crew could do to make my yard look better. They did an outstanding job pulling out all of the invasive ivy, which was my main concern. I contacted K&S to do some grading and add sod to some bare patches around my house where work had been done. Kevin was very responsive and came out quickly after my initial inquiry. I explained what I needed, and we reviewed the options right there and received a quote.
Within a week, they were out first thing in the morning exactly as promised, and they were finished within a few hours. The work was done well, everyone was professional and personable, and I'm quite pleased with the improvement to my lawn.
My only regret is that I didn't start using K&S earlier. Being responsive and on time are especially important to me, and they excelled where others have fallen flat for me lately. Strongly recommend.

Kevin surveyed the yard and made suggestions to spruce up the area. His crew later hauled off tree limbs and did yard work plus mowing which kept things looking neat and fresh. Kevin came out to give us an estimate and discuss our needs the day after we called, and was friendly and knowledgeable. The team from K&S did a great job removing our existing lawn, regrading the area, installing new sod, and completely cleaning up the area all in one day - and right before a couple days of rain, exactly as we'd hoped for. It did take some time to get the job scheduled due to having to wait for a locator to mark up the site; if there's any nitpick to be had, it's that we would have liked to be kept more in the loop without needing to call K&S for updates. The new sod was also a bit on the yellowish side, but that should take care of itself as the grass takes root. All in all, we were very happy with the job and will definitely hire them in the future.

The team from K & S Lawn Maintenance did a quick and excellent job of spreading mulch in numerous flower bed areas, and reseeding bare areas on our lawn, which included two old ground stump areas, clearing out the stump mulch and filling with topsoil. Grass is growing nicely in the bare areas and the mulched beds look great. I also had them transplant some pachysandra that had gotten into a a flower bed near it., and had those transplanted plants in the pachysandra area.
